PTA Kickoff/Picnic for tracks 1 and 2

Join us on Thursday from 6-8PM for our PTA Kickoff/Picnic.  This will be  a time to meet new staff, new students in your child's class, and make friends with their families and other families in our school.  Plan to join the fun, eat good food, and fellowship with other hedgehog families!!!    I hope to see you then.

The First Week of School!

We have had a great first week of school!  Our students have adjusted to their new classes.  We have had backups in carpool and some late buses, but give it a little time and things will get better.  Our students are getting good at remembering their carpool numbers, which will make the wait for picking up your child(ren) shorter in the weeks to come.   Thanks for your patience and support of our school.  We are looking to having another GRAND year at "THE GROVE!"

Grounds Beautifican Day

Kudos and thanks to Kristen McKenna, her mom, and daughter for their work on Saturday.  It was hot, but they worked to beautify the area in front of the building and by the sign.  They planted some beautiful flowers.  Thanks!

Welcome Back!

We are excited about the start of a new year!  On July 9th, we will welcome back tracks 1,2, and 3.  We look forward to a great year of learning, making new friends, and having lots of fun.

Our staff has been busy getting ready for our students.  We had a great retreat on Monday and are very excited about implementing the new common core standards.  Parents, information about the standards will be shared with you!
